    No. Only billers participating in the myfatoora service can be selected for making payments.

  • How are payments processed?

    Processing of the transaction is immediate after the Card details are input on the secure payment gateway. The card issuing bank will first authenticate and then authorise your request. A processing screen is displayed and cancellation of the transaction is not possible at this stage. A successful or a decline response is received from your card issuing bank within 15 to 25 seconds. On successful payment to the biller you would be informed and the transaction reference number is displayed to you among other details. On decline, the service will inform you on the reason of the decline at the biller end.

  • When should I make a payment so that it reaches a biller before its due date?

    To avoid biller service disruption and levy of late payment charges it is highly recommended that payments be made well in time, ideally three working days before the due date.

    It is recommended you get in touch with the biller.

  • How can I prove I made a payment?

    myfatoora provides an online receipt for your perusal. You can use the unique transaction reference number printed on the receipt for tracking your payments and for resolving any queries and disputes.

  • What if I disagree with a myfatoora payment that is shown in my statement?

    You need to raise the issue with your card issuing bank and provide them all supporting evidences for raising a dispute.

  • How can I access the information about the bill payments made by me?

    After successful login into the portal you can select the ‘Activity History’ option and then select the sub-option ‘Payment History’. By specifying the period you can easily view the transaction details.

    You can click on the ‘Forgot password/Unlock account’ link on the top right of the screen and generate a new password.
